How It Works

The DJ


The DJ's first order of business is to create an account select up to three Genres’ you're proficient in, these will be genres you'll be searched by.

Then setup your packages, your packages are the items a client will purchase. The packages are Basic, Standard and Premium. The differences in packages are:

  • Pricing structures, song count,
  • Playlist length of time and
  • Time of delivery.

You have the ability to create the packages that fit your expertise level and your time constraints for delivery of each package.

You must set up your banking accounts information so a client’s payment can be forwarded to your account. You also have the ability to choose to be a featured DJ to ensure you're in the featured search results and yield more visibility in specific genres then those who are not featured. Once a client has selected you as their DJ you will be informed by email of the details of the hire and the package purchased.

Your time limit to complete the playlist is determined by what package you created and the delivery time you stated for that package.

Once the playlist has been created you then upload the playlist in a mp3 format which must be in a compressed zip file.

When the playlist is downloaded by the client the payment will be released to the DJ.

If the playlist is not downloaded within 5 days the payment will be released to the DJ.

We suggest often and constant communication with the client, it helps with ensuring the final product is a hit and you receive a great rating.

 

   
  
   
The Client  

These are the step required to hire a DJ:

  1. Start by creating an account,
  2. Selecting a genre and then search for a DJ that plays the music you're interested in.
  3. Look through the results,
  4. Select a DJ by choosing a package that suits your needs and purchasing that package.
  5. Be sure to message the DJ or at the very least complete the "Customization Personalization Details" section with the details of your desired playlist.  

Be sure to customize your playlist by telling the DJ your requested songs or give him the ability to create DJ picked tracks, client requested songs or both, which means you give the dj your tracks and allow him to choose some songs as well, it will compliment and flow with the requested songs to create a well-rounded playlist.

Once the DJ completes the playlist the DJ will upload the zip file containing the mp3 to DiscTwisters.com. Once this is done, you will receive an email informing you of the completion of your playlist and the link to download your file. Once the file is downloaded the funds will be released to the DJ. If 5 days past and you do not download the file the fund will be released to the DJ.
